It's a stew whose roots are in Brunswick, GA. It's fabulous! Among a ton of other items, it includes creamed corn.
The best kind has pulled pork, beef, and chicken in it. Some people make it with chicken only. It's faster to fix that way, but not nearly as good.
You just inspired me to buy some new attys. The ones I have left are getting pretty long in the tooth. If they all start popping at the same time, I'll be in a heckuva mess :-)
