you may take a look at eCab. It also uses slim 10440 batteries. But unfortunately it comes with a proprietory connector and u can not use any of standard 510 or eGo tanks, cartos or clearos.
hehe, guys! While you are still placing your orders, I'll receive mine tomorrow! My Labor Day sale order is already less than 8 miles away from my house and has been processed by local USPS sort facility. Jealous?!
that sounds like good news. Because really, 3 leaking CE3 out of 3 - that was really very suspicious.
I managed to refill my leaker between 20 and 30 times I believe -not a bad result (although they can do much better :)).
update on my leaky CE3. I've vasted more than 2 hours today on it and... decided to retire it. Replaced cup seal, fiddled with battery post, tried to align wicks differently, took it apart and reassembled a few times - nothing works and it still floods the battery. That CE3 is way too...
well, I can fill a glass(or other container) with liquid, submerge CE3 in it (battery side down) and just suck liquid in through the battery end. Then wipe it dry and use as always :) Of coure it's a stupid, messy and wasteful way and no on in clear mind would do it in practice - but it's...
It's probably too early to ask about leaking but how's primer? Is it bad?
PS: I'm vaping my leaky CE3 now. And it leaks and gurgles :) Once it's empty I'll try to replace the cup seal and we'll see if it helps
yup. I remember you said it somewhere previously (and I certainly agree with that) that the only purpose of all these upside down or air purging tricks is just to make sure that there is no old liquid left in the vicinity of wicks. There is no any black magic here, you may fill CE3s any way you...
eh, I do not remember needing/using any special tricks during first push-through with the needle. SE3s are not that fragile after all! Just do not disassemble this one right out of the box!
Edit:
just to remove all possibe sources of error disregard what I said above about needle and initial...
Forget about filling! "Improper" filling will only result in you spilling/leaking some liquid during that filling process. But once you manage to get some liquid in and wipe it dry - it should not leak from that point on. And you can inject as much liquid as u want - full tank, 1/2, 1/3 etc. For...
it's a logical possibility and was worth asking just in case, but I do not believe in this. My bet is that you have somehow damaged seals during disassembles.
this definitely does not sound good. And after reading 4 pages of this thread you probably see that this problem is really very very rare (under normal circumstances). So if you think logically there are basically 2 possibilities here:
1. The whole box is defective
2. You do something...
Well. let me ask you, are u having this leaking problem with just one SE3 or with all of them?
Because from my personal experience and from what seems to be experience of other people here this problem is definitely not common. I currently have one (out of 7 I use now) CE3 with similar...
Yup, it has been asked and if I remember correctly Imagine said they were working on it (or maybe just thinking about it; do not remember exact wording .) But it was sometime in June or July so it's probably the right time now to ask again for an update on this project :)
quite different opinions we have here :-)
Remember this old joke?: optimistic people learn English, pessimistic - learn Russian, and realistic people - learn Chinese! :-)
eh, are u sure that you'll even want to use it in 2 years? Something tells me that in 2 years or so it will be obsolete and superseded by more modern devices.
And don't get me wrong. I actually want a Provari but still can not find a legitimate excuse to buy one
well, if Provari is a Mercedes type of high end, then Super T Manufacturing's Percise Plus with Kick is closer to Bentley type of high end. Not for mortals in other words :)
Personally I do not want a mechanical mod (that's what Precise Plus originally is). Kick certainly takes care of that...
eh, I'm in a kind of the same boat now as OP (i.e. using SI X2 batteries), and a kind of thinking about next possible move to (just thinking because I still hope to save money with vaping (hysterical laugh here)). And I do not really see myself buying a Twist. It has that VV feature, but from...
