My only experience with auto batts was a frustrating one. My auto batt was really sensitive. A slight breeze would set it off and I felt like I didnt have control over the battery at all. The manual batt gives you precise control and I liked that much better. my 2 cents.
I haven't used a DC carto myself yet but I have used a ce2. They have a very robust coil and from what I hear from others as well is that they last a long time. The CE2s can have wicking issues out of the box. Most of the tank mods that use CE2's resolve that issue since they are freed up...
Reos Mods is the subforum for Reos mods. His website is reosmods.com. Like aziffel said they dont stay in stock long so it will take some planning and preparation if/when you decide to get one. They do pop up on the classifieds from time to time as well.
Stacking batteries does carry a higher risk, but many still do it successfully. I had a provari for a while and it really is a nice device. The build in Ohm checker is a sweet perk. Dialing in the voltage to reach that perfect vape is just wonderful.
A 3.7v mod will hit harder and for a...
A lot of good suggestions already. Personally I was much happier with a larger "eGo" style battery. It lasts so much longer between charges and fiddling with the PCC can get old really quick. For most of us our first e-cig kit is very far from our last. Finding your perfect PV can be a journey.
Sorry for you luck with your battery burning up. Sometimes it happens and its the nature of mass produced gadgetry. Sometimes a short in the atty could do it or a faulty charger or just a faulty part in the battery itself (like the switch). I had an eGo PT that I used a while back (it still...
Congrats on your success and welcome to ECF. If you really want to get away from cig looking devices check out some mods. My favorite is the Reo (its my avatar pic). I havent had a problem with leaking yet after 6 weeks. THere are a lot of great products out there. Keep on researching and...
Do you mean how long it will last until the juice is used up? The answer is: it depends! Everyone vapes differently and uses up juice at different rates. Its something you will have to get a feel for over time.
If you mean how long it will last before it dies (how many refills) again, it...
Hello Juicy! Welcome and congrats on your success so far! There is a lot to take in and there is an ever growing inventory of E-cig related gadgetry available. Just keep reading and asking questions. This hobby really is a "try it for yourself" kind of deal. What is one persons best may not...
ooooh, I'm guilty of that one just a few minutes ago. I almost didnt post it but I did anyway. It wasnt a vendor but a brand. Perhaps I should edit my post...
Fixed the post. It was poor form, I admit it :p
If it has a metal casing (it should, but I've never used one so I cant say for sure) remove all the plastic and/or rubber parts and boil it.
Here is a nice youtube vid: A PBusardo Tutorial - How I clean my Boge 510 LR Cartos - YouTube
I know I'm a ham  I don't know much about them. Have you tried contacting them about it. Tell them how much you liked the old style atties they used to carry. Maybe they can point you in a direction.
I don't have a link to the battery maths post but in short the AW IMR batts put out a bit stronger power and a more consistent voltage during the discharge cycle. Its nothing major and the trustfire batts will work well. But the AW IMR batts are considered the top of the line.
While you...
+1 for revisiting old juices. Some, however, just stay gross.
At the peak of my stock I had about 800mls from tons of vendors, mostly 10ml or less sample bottles. I haven't bought any juice in about 3 months now and i still have tons of juice left. I am determined to vape out most of my...
Congrats! for my first 2 months of quitting i would try one of my roomates from time to time and I same experience as you. It was like licking a soggy ash tray. Totally gross.
