**NEW SUPPLIER: CANADA WIDE DEBUT!** - The Gentlemen's Reserve @ www.grbc.co

OK I have had zero contact from this vendor nor have they even accepted my money. so I am afraid if there is nothing done when I get home in the morning from work, I will have to cancel this, my first ever order (and fairly sizeable one I might add). I can't wait sorry. It has been almost a...

Been playing the mandobird a bit since it came back. it plays fine. I've decided it will be my garage mandolin and for doing some heavy rock type stuff (adding fx). the crack in the finish doesn't bother me as much as I thought and I know I can make it look right... still waiting for the godin...

I learned from a pdf booklet I got on setting up mandolins. use a razor blade first to start the lines... I'll just find me a piece of moose antler or something to make one from so do I get another mandobird for the novelty? or skip right over it for the Godin. I doubt the mandobird will get...

cheap nut file. buy a set of feeler guages for automotive (setting valves etc). take a triangle file and cut slots in the feeler guage to make it have teeth. select the one same size as the string and you have a perfect sized nut file

well I got the mandobird back today. the top closest to neck has taken a hit. there's a small dent and the finish has a half inch crack. now here's my dilemma... the cracked one has a new bone nut and new plug installed. intonation is very good and so is the action. I will have to change the...

    Jugheads

Let's be honest, Jokesmoke is basically unflavoured nic juice. It's mild and palatable. I vape 12mg now as it's enough for me. I tried old favourite vapes from days past this week and they gagged or choked me. I used to vape jokesmoke at 36mg as well, so you might consider upping the nic if you...

Hi guys, just checking in. The new guitar is sure sweet. just tweaking it a bit... and ya I buy 3 sets of strings at a time for each instrument so I can change often. these new ft74's on the mandolin are amazing strings. flat tops, not flat wounds. quite bright but crap doesn't stick in them...
