Recommendation for the simplest, no frill e-cigarette but most reliable.

The Bloog and Volt are the same devices. Comparing like kits with PCC, the Bloog is about 20% cheaper than the Volt when discount codes are used.

Recommendation for the simplest, no frill e-cigarette but most reliable.

The Joyetech 510 is a highly rated small ecig and one of the most reliable. For a beginner who wants a small ecig, it is hard to beat.

True. But "here" isn't the world, not even the vaping world.

You are with any 808 kit, except possibly with the X2, if what I read above from kiwivap is correct.

    Newbie questions about Volt model

Let's see how accurate your assertion is regarding cost of like units. 1. Volt Pro $ 64.95 - 15% using discount code = $ 55 rounded to nearest dollar 2. Bloog Maxx Fusion w/PCC kit = $49.95 - 10% Discount code = $ 44 rounded to nearest dollar. Did that improve your knowledge regarding cost?

    Newbie questions about Volt model

Well, I am just trying to give this poster options since they seem to want something as close as possible to the diameter of a real cig. I am not into "brand pushing". The Volt is a good ecig, but they are not unique and there are many regulated KR808D-1 ecigs available, but this person wants...

    Newbie questions about Volt model

The Volcano is for a light smoker, maybe half pack a day. But you can get it with a PCC, personal charging case that looks like a pack of cigs, so you can carry it with you as you would a pack of cigs and keep batteries charged. But, they have 510 threading for the carto so any 510 threaded...

    Newbie questions about Volt model

Being able to use both 808 and 510/Ego stuff with the X2 is an advantage...no doubt. I may pick up one of the X2s myself.:)

Original Smoke Juice is the entire line of JC eliquid with a PG base, and it has a flavor called JC Original within those choices.. Here is the link to their Red Oak Line. Show me JC Original in the Red Oak line. It doesn't exist.

    Newbie questions about Volt model

An ecig that is closer to the size of a regular cig is the Joyetech 510. They are 9.15 mm in diameter. You can get those in either manual or automatic. So, you can get closer to the size you are use to, but smaller batteries mean you will have to charge them more frequently. Then there is the...

    Newbie questions about Volt model

Following the commercial interruptions, the Volt is 9.3 mm in diameter. I believe that is one of your questions.

    Have a Joyetech 510, what's a good step up?

You might look at the Joyetech ecab with changeable battery. It is a little bigger around than your 510 and a little bit longer but not as big around as the ego, which is the normal next step up in size.

Well, let me put a stop to this! No, I have not tried to replicate those liquids. But, if you are vaping JC Original, you are vaping a primarily PG eliquid, not their Red Oak.

The Three Sacred Truths of DIY as Revealed by the Spirit of DIY

Great post:toast: I do not try to replicate eliquid flavors that I like, such as Tribecca. What I do, since most of them are too strong in flavor for me, even though I like them, I just use no flavor NIC liquid to dilute them. The flavor strength is then about right and in most cases I have...

Just got my Volt kit.. pretty disappointed

I am sure Volt is a good ecig, but it seems that there have been just too many QA issues lately. On the other hand maybe they are selling 10,000 per day and the ones here are just part of the statistics.
