    The words "no longer refillable"...means to me that they are sealed and you cannot pop the end off and drip juice to REFILL them. If that is really the case, then I will no longer consider them.     The best real size e-cig!

    Here is what seemed to fix that issue for me on a new box of cartos.. First, before I even use the cartos, I flush them with Vodka. Dry them out and refill with my own 80/20 smoke juice. No problems yet.
