Hi Karen, the screw is allready off. The problem is the connection to the little metallic nipple (tube connection) under the 510 connection. this nipple is covered with flexible plastic. so the tube can't get a tight connection. I will post a picture soon -

Yes, that is the problem. The nipple is too short, because of the flexible plastic, that covers the bridge between button and 510 connection. -
