It varies by the individual. I never did cough it up at all. I reckon my body just absorbed it.... Keep the faith in vaping and it should eventually subside. If not, you might consult your physician just as a precaution.
MJ, inspirational and nicely put.... Good for you! Glad to have you here. I hope other new folks trying to quit come across this and take the time to read it. Also, you should be proud of your daughter. She did good too!

I have the Provari, but keep hearing wonderful stuff about the MVP2... They can't be bad with that many great reviews. I may have to get one myself soon!
Actually, I like the eVic about as well as the Provari... I have 2 of them in the regular rotation. :) Where'd you get the beauty ring & 18350 case for it? .... Nice!
One other thing I didn't see mentioned..... I like to take about 5 decent size draws initially after the wick has had time to soak... and blow them out without inhaling the vapor. Those taste a little chemically to me, but after the initial residue burns off the wick/coil, that goes away...
Welcome nixoahz. A simple one to start with is the Vision brand Vivi Nova (or Mini Vivi Nova), as well as the Kanger PRoTank2 (or mini ProTank2). Both relatively simple and inexpensive to get you started... In My Opinion only... :)
