The Provari does have nice threads..... I will give it that. And, you could beat someone to death with it. Rose, you have a beautiful smile. :)

    The plan

As well, if you go to a local B&M shop (several of them if you have the chance), you should be able to sample some juices before you buy them, thus cutting down initial investment yet again. Also, remember your taste buds will likely change over time, and what you start of liking you may end up...

    Provari

I have ego's, eVic, and 1 Provari. I like them all, but for different reasons. The ego is for my on the go, stick in my jacket pocket, etc.. Excellent unit. eVic & Provari like them both pretty well, the Provari is very durable but heavy. ZThe eVic is more user friendly, lighter, but not as...

2 Months Smoke free.... Worried if I vape too much

Congrats, you're doing great!!! And, I see no need to drop it completely. Nicotine is great for treating anxiety, way better than prescription meds with horrible side effects. I say awesome decision on your part. Quick tip. You can get VG (Vegetable Glycerin) at Wal-Mart, and dilute your...

    The plan

I like to look at my banner (below) periodically for inspiration. :) And, you will likely spend a little more initially, but if you don't go hog wild on gear, you will see savings. Also, you can look into DIY juice once you've decided you'll continue down this road. That will save you a ton of...

    Vaping and weight loss?

I was 215lbs when I quit smoking & started vaping, now I'm 230lbs. It didn't seem to work that way for me. But, I am at only 8mg nicotine now too. Started out at 24mg.

You make a valid point. With that in mind, I have to apologize and retract my earlier statement.

Bodybuilding and vaping/ Bodybuilding and e-cigs

Seann, I'm looking at the BCAA capsules. 30 day supply for roughly $5.00 Check out Swanson vitamins, that's where I get a lot of my vitamins/supplements. There and Wal-Greens. :)

    Vaping and weight loss?

I second that, bad idea for a weight loss plan. But if I had to choose, vaping is the lesser of 2 evils over smoking. BTW, Sourmash, how did you lose all that weight?

Everyone, please make sure to welcome new users to the ECF!

.....at least this is what I have been trying to do lately as a pay it forward (now a pay it back) kind of thing. I'll have to say one of my BIGGEST motivators when I first joined and put down the cigarettes was all you guys and gals that welcomed me to the forum and encouraged me to quit. You...

Looking to quit smoking, is this setup worth while?

I almost mentioned that but didn't see your post until after the fact. Stick with the 2 650mah batteries, but get a 3rd battery, at least 1000mah, so you can keep 2 going, and 1 on the charger at all times. :)

Looking to quit smoking, is this setup worth while?

Sounds good to me. 1. Get an extra clearomizer as accidents do happen and you break one, & a few extra coils for it. You might get some replacement coils in different ohm's so you can decide which you prefer. Anywhere from 1.8ohm - 2.8 ohm should do the trick. The 1.8 will burn hotter due to...
