BCAA's are known (as I just researched) to lower blood sugar. More benefit than just keeping the body from robbing the muscle bank. I taks a lot of supplements, so not a big deal to add one that might have a bit of benefit. Especially as cheap as BCAA appears to be.
... and I've been to...
I hear you on the burning out part, as I have been guilty of over doing stuff in the past (like my vape collection), maybe we all just have addictive personalities??? Anyway, I try to limit what I do to an hour or less per day, and I try to rest at least 1 day a week. (Theoretically).
After...
I work out at home, so sneaking in a puff isn't too bad (but I don't do it too much). I'm doing some looking around now about BCAA. Thanks for the tip, it looks promising... Looks like it can also lower blood sugar. Mine could use a little reducing anyway. As far as the squats go, I started at...
I like My freedom smokes FA-RY4. It's close enough for me. Have you by any chance tried it? I mix it 250-300 drops per 60ml. 100% VG, but that's my preference.
I haven't tried the double RY4, can you elaborate on the difference if it's something other than double concentration... Thanks...
Kanger Protank 2 or Vision brand Vivi Nova (not the knockoff version)... Both very good. The Protank2 has a glass tank, and the Vision is plastic, so if you're using harsh juice, you might prefer the Protank. Both relatively inexpensive to buy and maintain...
I hope you find this helpful. :)...
First off, thanks very much for the comprehensive response. I really appreciate you taking the time to do that.
The biggest take away for me is I need to lay off the junk food and soda. Drinking a lot of water is key, as well as additional walking. I'm currently at 232 lbs, but at 6' 2"...
I had the same dilemma. After a year, I'm pretty safe as I've had quite a few drinks with no bakky... :) You'll be able to do it, but not before you are comfortable.
Very sorry to hear this! Stay strong and don't pick up an analog, I am sure your father would tell you the same thing (as well as being proud you made the switch). All my best to you and your family.
I am just starting on my weightlifting journey FYI... I've been quit smoking over a year now and the time is right. I too own a Provari and it is great. I also like the eVic as well.
I'm starting a program for beginners called "Starting Strength." All compound exercises 3 times per week...
I don't recommend it, but when I first starting mixing nicotine, I'd get it all over my fingers, and after a few minutes, I'd have 1 heck of a buzz. I don't think I'd put it directly in my mouth, but if in you guys position, I might dab it (a very little) on my wrists like a fancy perfume!!! :)...
Are you shaking the bottle really well? Maybe the nicotine is lighter or heavier (since you tip it to drip it), and it's all concentrated at the first part of your bottle... Just a thought... Shake on...
I've been buying my batteries and stuff locally, but I get my juice (since I DIY mainly) online exclusively. Especially since there were no B&M's in my town when I got started. I try to throw a little business their way when I can.... Good to do whenever possible, I agree!
