    Thank you to those who are keeping the list updated. I heard back from the owners of two local vendors. Both Unique and e-volution CLAIM to be diacetyl and diacetyl substitute, free.

    It should be illegal! I've sent out e-mails to all the vendors I've used, asking them if they use Diacetyl or Diacetyl substitues in their juice.
