    I've only tried it once, though I dripped into an IGO-W & Crown Clone and then vaped it on a CE4/5 and MT3S and across four tops and three devices ( eGO Twist, Panzer Black Hawk and Nemesis Clone ), all I got was capella's vanilla custard & sweet strawberry.

    IMO, 40% flavoring is past the point of excessive over-flavoring. LorAnn flavors, like Danny said, do come off as weaker, thus requiring more, though not to the point of 40%. Some FlavorWest flavors are weaker and do require 15-25% according to some, though I've never used them past 15% total...
