    Success! No more burning cotton taste. I still taste a little cotton but I guess with it being a cotton wick it's something to get accustomed to. I feel like a mad scientist now after making my own coils now I want to make a bunch more. Guess I need a rta now :-)

    Yes primed it. Building on a protank. . Put a few drops on the wick then put it back together and cleaned all my trash up then came back hit it and even after pulling on it a couple times still tastes bad

    So I just successfully built my first coil with 30 gauge kanthal with 5 wraps. I used cotton for a wick. When I hit it tho it tastes like I'm literally smoking cotton.. did I do something wrong? Should I have boiled the cotton?
