Woohoo! Yet another reason I love ECF :)

Regular Atty Drippers (A Dying Breed?)

I had to re-read that one a few times- I thought you were talking about a cannon drip-tip...and I was super confused lol. I haven heard of a cannon atty...I think I live in a cave sometimes ;-) I think I am going to be fashioning a new drip-tip for this 306. I don't know if it's a crappy tip...

Regular Atty Drippers (A Dying Breed?)

Thank you! I am already noticing a big difference in leakage being careful how often I drip, and that will hold me off nicely until I can get a shield and adapter. Vaping saved ;-)

Regular Atty Drippers (A Dying Breed?)

I came from using a debridged 510, and carried my 2-3 drop maximum habit over to using this, so I don't think that is the issue, but maybe I am jumping the gun on adding more, thereby over-dripping :-) The DCA looks very cool- definitely not in my price range right now...my budget is pretty...

    1st time dripping = fail

Maybe....but my little ol' 510 was still goin' strong when I laid it aside to try out my new 306...and it was 6 months old....and I paid $5 for it :vapor: It's all about preference and budget I suppose :D And Memories- you're very welcome for my time....though I'm a chick not a bro ;)

    1st time dripping = fail

Something as simple and cheap as a 510 (they are on sale for $6 for a 5 pack at Digitalcigzz which is AWESOME) would be a good start if you don't want to throw down too much cash to begin. Make sure you blow it out really well- you would be surprised how much liquid is still in there long...

Is higher VG juice better for dripping?

    - I just got some Cisco spec 306 atties and the think I LOVE is the draw. I like it light and airy personally. Great vapor production too. That being said, there is a leakage issue that I have asked for input on elsewhere, I know it can be easily fixed with a drip shield but I am trying to avoid...

Regular Atty Drippers (A Dying Breed?)

Didn't get much response on the "main land" so I will gear this question toward the Island of the Misfit Drippers. :-) Some of you may have read my goof of ordering a new 306 instead of a 510 atty. (510 is what i have been dripping on since i started) Never used a 306 before- 1 of the responders...

Cisco HR510 3.0 ohm Atomizer from Avid Vapor?

Thank you for taking the time to respond- a jillion "reads" and no one was chiming in! I found the reviews- I was looking in the wrong place. Oops.

    1st time dripping = fail

Usually the process you went through takes care of the taste- is there an alcohol rinse somewhere in there that you did and didn't mention? Sometimes that helps as well. What is your setup and can I ask what PG/VG ratio your juice is? As for the bad taste combined with the overly tight draw...

    306 drippers- help me please?

Thanks for the advice- I am indeed very happy with it! :-) going to have to re-figure out how much/when to drip b it seems different on that part. Having some leakage issues, but I do enjoy the different draw it has than the 510's I have been using. Glad I tried instead of sending it back!

    306 drippers- help me please?

I did get one 306 drip tip with the atomizers- it was a package deal.

    306 drippers- help me please?

I intended to order a 510....I actually ordered a 306... An avid vaper Cisco spec HR306 3 ohm atomizer to be exact. Pulled it out of the package, not realizing my error, and thought well hey! What's that one the end? Looks like a cartomizer cap! So I tried to pry it off. Few dings to the center...

Regular Atty Drippers (A Dying Breed?)

I just pop my drip tip off with my teeth, drip, and pop it back on- I would feel like a goof blowing in my tip all the time :-) Whatever works though DC2- I'm a "wrong" dripper too ;-) on another note- I have a 510 atty that I have not cleaned often enough obviously, because the coil has a...

    more dripping atty help

Attys are a disposable part, but a good one shouldn't have needed replaced that quickly, especially with minimal use. I personally think there was something wrong with it. It happens unfortunately.

    Is an atomizer for me?

There are a lot of reasons, but for me- I got sick and tired of leaking tanks and clearos, or ones that didn't work right, the process of cleaning them....etc. I find dripping to be much less hassle. There is also a lot more "purity" to juice flavors, IMO. I found that with anything else, the...

    VG base only recipes

Never thought of it that way! I knew the flavors were PG base but really thought past that- that explains why I see people having mixing issues and I never understood why! :-)

    VG base only recipes

I don't add any water at all to my VG base and don't have a problem- then again I strictly drip. I haven't had a flavor mixing issue either- as soon as they are in the bottle I put them in a hot water bath, shake, repeat a few times and I am good to go. As for adjusting flavor percentages...
