I double dog dare you !!

I'm not near my stash right now, but I recall having some Blueberry Pie juice that did a nice job of replicating the pie-crust vibe. I just don't remember who's it is/was. If there's interest, I can dig through my juice-box and find out, but hey - this is supposed to be a yuccky-juice thread... ;)

I double dog dare you !!

Sorry Dave.. Rhubarb is one of my favs, and I would definitely vape some rhubarb pie with the deliciousness that I remember (haven't had any in years).

Whole Tobacco Alkaloid (WTA) now available at Aroma Ejuice

+1 When I first encountered the WTA idea, I was just getting into HV/VV vaping. Like AzPlumber, I was still chain-vaping myself sick more often than I'd have liked. The notion that there was "something more" that was missing was encouraging. One of the threads I read mentioned WTAs being...

Thoughts on recent FDA legislation...and the continued survival of our industry

I think it's mostly just growing pains. The eCig industry is still very young, so some of this is to be expected. One thing that we need is a more solid self-regulatory framework/structure in place. If our industry can clearly demonstrate a good-faith effort in avoiding issues that would...

Thoughts on recent FDA legislation...and the continued survival of our industry

Understood. The FDA really is the 800lb gorilla. We don't like it, but we are going to have to play by their rules. The alternative is to be left with only the black market to sell our wares, and I don't think anyone wants that...

Thoughts on recent FDA legislation...and the continued survival of our industry

No. Granted, the paraphernalia scene is sometimes clever about the marketing of product. However, we don't want eCigs to be further marginalised by making it sound like we're trying to get away with something. "Not for human consumption" has been used by the folks marketing "herbal incense"...

    What got you started vaping?

My first exposure to eCigs was with the Smoking Everywhere kit from the dreaded mall-kiosk. It was, as we all know, an overpriced, underperforming rig, but I did try - I think my total after swapping out dead atties, and getting more of their prefilled carts (not cartos) and whatnot, my total...

EGO VariVolt Arrived.. Help me decide - DCC vs Boge Cartoz vs Tank System

My $0.02... I've heard good things about the silicone caps for the eGo Tanks, so since that's a local (and cheap) option, you should probably give that a whirl. However... Several of my disciples (direct converts) use the eGo batts with EMDCCs, and they're great. Vapour production and TH...

    I popped the cherry.

I've built several of these VV boxmods from the regulator board kit they sell. The regulator being used on this one has a 3A cutoff, which is what it sounds like you're running into. When I over-amp mine, turning it off and back on is all it needs to "try again".. That is, I don't have to let it...

    The Darwin From Evolv!!!

Funny thing.. A random Mythbusters episode came on the TeeVee as I was reading this. One of their catchphrases is "Please! Don't try this at home!" - that was what I heard as I got to the bold, italic, capped bit toward the end. I think I can take a hint... :) I was going to do a proper shoot...

I double dog dare you !!

That's the spirit Dougie!! I'm slipping in my old age, I guess - it hadn't even occurred to me to foist this awesome juice on one of my unsuspecting friends... "Here.. try this!" "What is is it??" "Something you've never experienced before..." Thing is, I might get punched in the face...

I double dog dare you !!

I'm "this close" to ordering up some.. This sounds too awful not to try it. It wouldn't be the first time, either. Yes, I am sick in the head. :)

    The Darwin From Evolv!!!

Most likely, both. I twisted up a paperclip to short mine just to take a snapshot of it for illustration, and noticed that when it's shorted, the battery indicator will go to "empty". I hadn't tried to fire it; just shorted. After I removed the paperclip, it did take 2 or 3 seconds to return to...

how much nic is the right fit

I've been vaping 24/26 mg/ml (depending on the vendor) since I started almost 6 months ago (previously ~1 PAD). I have a vague notion that I'll step down somewhere in the future, but have no real plans to do so yet. When I switched from the eGO-T to HV/VV, I've found it all too easy to get to a...

    Vapin' on empty

On a different forum, someone had discussed accidentally mixed a Cappuccino flavour with grape. He commented that the result tasted like "cat food and despair". Later, I was puling the juices from a handful of CE2s (can't waste any) in preparation for cleaning, and started a new bottle...

Best battery with a LCD or Power Remaining Readout?

I like the VV eGO Batteries that Nhaler carries. They're neat - 3.4, 3.7 and 4.2 volt vaping. Note that only the 900mAh ones have the battery level indicator (5 LEDs). I don't know how accurate it is over time (I never had any complaints), but it's a good option for replacing existing batts...
