Remember, the stuff you just mixed will taste different in a few days to a week or more. Which is why when I started diy a year ago I mixed numerous 10ml "test batches" and let them set for 5-7 days before I tried them the first time. MOST tasted better after a couple of weeks than at 5 days... -

That's the way to do it! I prefer to mix a pint or quart at a time. (I supply a few family and friends as well as myself.) When I get half way through one batch I mix a new one so its well steeped by the time I need to break into it. -

Yes, they do. I WILL have a few VV REOS in the near future (no matter what!) I just have to try to remember the specific folks that were after certain ones in my collection. I'd rather deal with people I know versus classifing them... -
