Fully charged ego battery won't work

Fully charged ego battery won't work
Ok looked on youtube and it said to lift the battery pin thingy up a bit. Hooked it back up to charger ( which I thought it was already charged because it was showing the green light ) now its blinking red and green like it does when charging. Hopefully that will fix it.- grannykimmy
