    Has anyone catalogued all the recipes in this thread? I know HIC's recipes are in her blog, but what about the others? I could make a public doc if no one else is doing it. There are some mighty fine recipes here.

    When researching awhile back, their site claims that they're Diacetyl free, but some flavors do state that they contain acetoin and other diketones. It depends on the flavor. I haven't tried any, so I can't attest to how they taste.
