    I agree with 24 and 18 and a bottle of 0 to weaken down if needed. At times of stress or temptation, I am not sure that 18 can carry the load.

    Give it a try, but back off the menthol some. I use Fire and Ice from Pure Smokers myself, and I do love it. I cannot use it full strength though. I mix a tobacco flavor in and to me, almost the perfect balance.
