    That is Halo's pat answer. They keep most things secret. However they will tell you what they don't use like diacetyl. This has never bothered me though I know it does some. But I can tell that all of their liquids contain more than 50% pg.

    My experience with Halo's CS has been outstanding. It does sound like some kind of form letter, but I think others have explained well why your points did not meet the requirements on your current order. Halo puts out good stuff, and I hope you will continue with them.

    I agree. Although there are many who try Halo and don't like it, Halo has a huge repeat fan base. Other than Halo liquids, I have only repurchased one juice (KBV Hummingbird Nectar) since I began vaping. I have tried hundreds of juices, but Halo's base is for me something that can't be matched.

    I have tried both Mystic & Menthol Ice. With Mystic, about 70% Fusion & 30% Mystic; with MI. about 40-50% MI. For me MI is better.

    Halo has been my only juice for over 2 1/2 years. I still try juices, but have never found anything to match. Unfortunately for me and others, my favorite has been discontinued...so who knows what will be my next one. Truepure is the absolutely best.

    I can only answer for the menthols. Truepure (which is a mute point now???) is best at 3.7; above that I get the burnt taste.     I am with you Pyster. I have gone to resellers of Halo & bought Truepure from them. And Halo may still have some in stock. I am still hoping that they may do a sale of Truepure a couple of times a year, But no word of that yet.
