I have to agree with Dave. Had the same issue, but once I watched the condom just start to press on the wicks the gurgling and leakage stopped. I find that those condoms only last about a month. Mine lost their shape and contact after a month which I fixed by putting a new coil/wick assemble on... -

Hey Cherokee, question for ya. You said you tried tank on two different batteries and had same results, tight draw and over heated? Have you tried drawing on tank off a battery? Is it still restricted off the battery? If yes, the intake tube is at fault. If not, the tank base side breathers... -
