It's illegal to bring Nicotine liquid any higher than 75mg into the UK, other than that I'm not aware of any other restrictions. Customs here can be quite slow at times with clearing parcels, so I'd allow plenty of time for a package to reach your friend in time for his weeks stay... -

I've never tried a RY4 mix from scratch Wiz . . . have always used ready made concentrates, so can't be much help there, although I do add extra Caramel flavouring but that's my personal taste. It's almost impossible to say whether 1ml of your flavourings will be sufficient, it depends... -

Snap Tye! :laugh: The clear plexi window has been a brilliant upgrade for me, makes it so much easier to see juice levels . . . although having just had an Argento, with the spring swapped out for the Silver Bullet hot spring . . . it's a cracking mod for the money. -
Good quality VG juice in the UK (at least 50% VG).
