    Since you have an eGo, look into the Joye 510. The eGo parts, attys, cartos, will work on the 510 as well, unless they're low resistance. And, there's lots of suppliers for them.

    Yes, you can fill the cartos you bought by dripping onto the filler material. Drip down the inside wall of the carto while rotating. Don't get any liquid in the center hole.

    There are no PV stores in the Louisville area. Although there is someone working on getting one started. Most people use an eGo or eGo clone, and move up from there. I've never been to one of the meetings, something seems to always come up, but I'm guessing you'd see a lot of different devices.
