Anyone here used fasttech.
I've been rebuilding pro tanks lately too. That ohm checker from FT really comes in handy :). I've also been using the N-R-N prebuilt wire. I like a 1.8 ohm coil so thats what I got when I ordered. The reason I do it like this is sometimes (when I used just resistance wire) I would get an awful... -

Your right that some are still getting through, but I think it's because they didn't 'scan' those packages due the volume of packages they have to do. Well, anything that DOESN'T have batteries LOL. Lately, there doesn't seem to be anyway batteries can be shipped in air mail. All the fuss over that issue has slowed everything else down too. I did look at that. It could work just fine. Just remember if you are drilling stainless, you may need a better drill bit (those may be too soft). Also stainless is so hard that one will need to 'cool' the bit as you drill (oil, lubricant, etc), and run it slow. Any other metal should be ok :)... -
