    I see that at Ecigexpress they have base liquids at various nicotine levels. Does this me that I can get a 50/50 VG-PG mix say at 12mg nicotine and just add flavoring and be good to go. I ask this because I really don't have a place or facilities to do any real mixing.

    I tried it on my Grand last night and it worked great and without any problem. I'm using a 1.7 phm coil so it is pairing up very well the Grand especially with a freshly charged battery.
