    Has anyone else noticed a change in the quality of the Riva chargers. It seems the newer ones die really fast and don't charge fully. They get warm and have have a funky burn smell.     First, CE2 from GV and CE3 from TW are 2 completely diff animals. When the first battery popped, why would you stick it on another battery without checking it for a short? And after blowing 2nd battery you still went for a 3rd without checking for a short! Then you blame the vendor for blowing...
