    Yeah, 5% of 1ml is acceptable margin, but not with 500ml of nicotine. 50mls short of nicotine is big deal also given that it is the most expensive part of DIY.

    Flavor West, as I have heard, are typical weaker and might require upwards of 20%. I have been using FlavourArt, Capellas and TFA. Not a single one of them are good at 20%. Often, 10% or under is good. That being said I generally steep my liquids for at least week, no ultrasonic stuff.

    I tried making a citrus blend. It turned out citrus on its own is awful imo. Now I'm trying to use it as top notes on a berry based. I suspect that will yield a pleasant surprise.
