    They do this everytime... Start in a small state with little opposition tax it and watch the other states foam at the mouth for revenue and jump on the bandwagon... Mass has the 14th highest tax rate int he country... I guess they are looking to break into the top 10....

    if its the replaceable head version 2 remove the stem and pull up on the rubber cover on the coil to allow the wicks to not be pinched may help 100% VG wick better.

    Store in amber glass in cool place with little to no sunlight. I would not freeze the fridge would work better wrap in paper bag if using the fridge to block all light. Shelf life a year under best conditions.
