    Yeah, one a day is nothing compared to a pack a day. Good on ya. I too struggled, but took the plunge anyway. When switching, it seemed the longest I could make a pack last was 4 days....no matter what. So after a month of that, I just said screw it, and committed to vaping 100%...success...

    Bear in mind, that the clean air act, which is the basis for many no-smoking laws, makes no statements about nicotine. Nor have any studies proven 2nd hand smoke creates nicotine addiction in non-users. Only that smoke contributes to lung and heart disease because of combustion.

    Vaping causing me problems

    I never had any digestive problems or headaches, but I did suffer a mild and persistent depression for the first month to 6 weeks of vaping. I knew it was probably transitionary, and if it wasn't I could tackle that later, after I had gotten rid of analogs. It passed.
