    my guess is it not getting good amount of air. Could be from the Buzz covering to much of the hole on the bottom of the carto. Since with out any juice in the tank the carto still works it could be getting air it needs from the hole on the side of the carto (where the juice goes in). try this...

    can you explain a little more? from what i seen with other SS caps the metal wasn't fully smooth to the touch like BDV caps are. This makes it look for shinny and over all better looking caps..

    I use my BDV tanks on a provari with DC carts all the time. 1.5 Dc's can't be push over 4volts with out a error msg. but 4volts on a DC rocks! some times i only get to 3.8 volts with out a error msg. just luck of the draw how hard you be able to push them.     Thanks for watching my videos...Dan on the Provari i can never get any 1.5 DC to go over 4.1 volts..I find the single 1.7 carts can be push up to 4.5+ with no error. Don't forget to start off low. I start a new carto at 3.5 to 3.7 volts and bump it up slow. after about 10 hits a 3.7 i go o 3.8...

    Dan if u use the tool from BDV just one hole for DC and the Res cartos. I all was pre hit my cartos (no power to the carto) and watch at less 1ml to 1.5ml of juice in the tank go into the carto. I don't get brunt taste on any cartos if i do this. But still get leaking on the res while dc work...
