i am not a SS vape fan by any means. But I don't think they are trying to scam people and run off with money. If that was the case they would never offer a refund at all. That said I do think they where selling units in store to cash in on the hype train of the Hana while letting us preorders... -

I let my hana charge the battery at night so I haven't had to remove it. The 2600mah on has last all day and then some set under 20 watts. But yeah USB charger is slow .5mah. Takes about 4 hours to fully charge. But having USB cable in the car helps a lot. But yeah get a charger and few extra... -
