    If I want a total change and total cleaning....then I do Pure Smokers....Fire and Ice. It is like nothing else out there....for me anyway. But I cannot do it more than one carto full...but I am now ready for simple flavors after that. I can really taste chocolate after a Fire and Ice...

    I was a heavy menthol smoker for 30 years or so. After 40 days of vaping, the menthol does not appear to be where it is at for me.....very strange...???? Since I don't want the heavy menthol right now, then what works for me, is a CremeDeMenthe flavor which has a mild menthol feeling...

    Yes, I did get the same thing as well, been vaping for about 40 days or so. What I did, was reduce my nic content after about 6pm, and this seemed to help very much. I now do 0 nic at night and it's gone. Hope this helps
