    I have to admit that I've had a problem with dry or burnt hits from every clearomizer I've ever tried, but it hasn't been nearly as much of a problem with the Excalibur/Revive. Try to keep it at half full or better and you could try adjusting the little white plug on top. Maybe it's cutting...
