Just to follow up on the orig post, I finally put together a mesh wick build that compares to the one that my Cobra came with...it's a darn good vape.
I've been vaping a Betamorph papaya flavor for the past couple days, which tasted pretty good on my KF clone. But on my genny with a mesh wick...
I've used the HCigar Nemmy clone with a Kick, and it works fine.
For 18650 use without a Kick, removing the Kick ring can be difficult, but it will come off.

Greetings; This morning I've been using my Gus (older version) with an 18650 Efest and a Smoktech Kick set at 8 watts, and with a Cobra (1.8 oHm coil). it's the first time I've tried this combo of hardware, and the vape is fantastic, but the battery tube feels warm...is this normal when using a...
Greetings, welcome to the forum, sorry to hear about your woes.
Not sure what you mean by mouthpiece with 'sponge' in it; did it come this way or did you put material in as a filter? Do you know the model of clearomizer that you are using?

Greetings and welcome to the forum.
Hard to answer your first question precisely, as CL pointed out, but I smoked between 10 and 20 medium-strong cigarettes a day, and I started with (and am still using) 18 Mg e-liquid. If you can find an e-liquid shop that lets you sample juices, no harm in...
I tried cotton on my genny, and it was a very good vape; cotton is the only wick material I use on my other RBAs.
But -- and maybe this just comes down to personal taste -- on my Cobra, I prefer mesh. Truck loads of grief learning how to do a good build, and if I hadn't gotten hands-on help by...
I know there are people on ECF who use 0 nice e-liquids.
If you want some nicotine, but less than you've got now, you could mix 0 nic and 6 mg e-liquids, a 50-50 mix obviously would give you 3 Mg.

Greetings Duchess, welcome to the forum.
There are a lot of good resources on ECF on this topic, the following files include a chart explaining wire gauges and a spreadsheet showing the resistance achieved by lengths of various wire thicknesses.
There's also a very good thread...
My favourite flavours from the CV selection are all Paradise Vapes products, Muskoka Blend, Muskoka Menthol and Key Lime Pie.
Welcome to the forum btw.

Congrats on the one-year. Nice story.

Edit: I just checked out the RCV website and I notice it sells Funkvapes e-liquid, which is really good. Pillow Talk is ADV juice.
I have a Vamo and I would agree with this, it gets the job done but the build quality is poor, and there are definitely better options out there.

You can remove that rectangular white rubber gasket from the bottom of the tank, and I think a q-tip would fit between window and the central duct.
That gasket is a replaceable part, btw, though I've never found anyone who sells them.

Don't know if it counts if I mention a US-made e-liquid sold in a Canadian shop, but one of the flavours I picked up at MLV today is Playa Papaya made by Betavape. It's really yummy, subtle yet flavourful. I'm not normally crazy about the taste of papayas; was thinking of mango when I bought it...
What are using for wicking material? I've had my 3.1 clone (HC) leak badly when I used too much cotton.
Have you checked out the KF manual, the troubleshooting section covers problems like this, and talks about various things to look for.
