    Genisis style atomizers

'Snug fit through the coil' makes me wonder whether you are using the drill bit method. It's a good starting point for someone leaning how to do a genny build, and maybe struggling a bit (The DrillBit Method - YouTube. For something like the RSST, with all that real estate on the deck, it's...

    ProTank 2 rebuild

What sort of resistance are you getting with dual 12-14 wraps of 32 gauge? Sounds like a setup that might run hot, and atomizer bases will warm up from coil heat. How are you managing to pack two coils into a PT2? Can you post a pic? Welcome to the forum btw. -- Glenn

    Still not satisfied :(

Greetings, welcome to the forum. I'm not sure I understand why you're not satisfied; the protank and igo are ok in terms of taste and vapor production, but you don't like doing rebuilds? The rebuild process does get easier with practice, I can now do my KF builds in around 5 minutes. You...

Anyone had any bad side effects?

Sounds like a possible allergy? I've had a stuffy/runny nose for several months, which I have a hunch is due to dogs in my house. -- Glenn

    Genisis style atomizers

Both are good; Silica/ekowool, SS cable and ceramic wicks work too. Learning how to do mesh builds can be hard, and a lot of people seem to give up before they get the hang of it. If you master the learning curve, mesh can be awesome, very clean and flavorful. -- Glenn

Question about e-juice and recommendations on e-cigs

Greetings NOks, welcome to the forum. I've never tried anything from Vaporium, but I have tried Vaporous (on St Denis). I didn't find a flavour that I was super keen on there, but I only tried a few, and some of their e-liquids (produced in house) seem to be popular. Dash Vapes in Toronto...

Kayfun - Show us your Setup

Looks great. I plan on getting one of those red replacement tanks, too, though none of my mods have red highlights like yours. Here's my KFL+ (with black tank) on a Gus Telescopic V1 (18490 w/ Kick)), and the same KFL+ on a silver Mini (with the ProVape ring):

Looking for a great Tobacco Blend

Thanks for the heads-up, I think i'll give 555 a try. I read a review comparing a bunch of RY4s, and the MBV version only rated so-so. -- Glenn

    Smoktech RSST POOR vapor production

As mentioned, to get the best out of your RSST, take the plunge and try mesh wick. I like the RSST a lot (I've also got an AC9, which the RSST is based on), which is as easy as it gets in terms of doing a mesh wick genny build. You can get a pretty decent vape, with very good flavor and decent...

The rare legitimate question for provari owners.

Resale value is a great point in favor of the ProVari; at the risk of sounding like i'm making a Rotary Club speech, let the marketplace speak. Another convincing point is how relatively few problem/complaints we see on ECF about the ProVari, compared to other regulated mods. I'm not talking...

The rare legitimate question for provari owners.

Knocking out intruders is a good reason to have a Vamo (in 18650 mode). I don't know if the OP is still reading this thread, or has already made a decision, but I got my ProVari as a sort of next step from mech mods. I'm out of the house all day most days, and I just never got comfortable...

My vapeversary is coming up and I want to treat myself!

Here's the APV thread I was talking about regarding the Semovar, this particular thread compares the Semovar (favourably) with the ProVari: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/variable-voltage-apv-discussion/471875-sm-v3-semovar-vs-provari.html Here's a pic of the Semovar: <Thought...

Looking for a great Tobacco Blend

Dash Vapes carries Mount Baker Vapor 555 and RY4, anyone had a chance to try either of these flavours? I need to do another DV order asap -- I've got to buy a replacement KFL+ plastic tank section after accidently putting tank-cracking Thug Juice into my 3-day-old RBA grrr!. I'm...

    Kayfun Lite Plus: Wow!

Nice, congrats! I just got one too, and it really does look nice on a ProVari. With a ProVape beauty ring, the KFL+ didn't light up the first time I tried it, but now it does. -- Glenn

Can I use 34 gauge Kanthal to rebuild coils for a Protank 2/Protank 2 mini?

Yes, it will work, but resistance will be higher compared to 32 or 30 gauge. Having said that, I've got some 36 gauge that came with an RBA, and when I tried, the resistance wasn't nearly as I high as I thought it might be. Thinner Kanthol lights up faster, too. If you've already got it...

    Shout out for DashVapes

Haven't tried the Hawk Sauce yet but I did try a 1/4 tank of Thug Juice in an RSST. Might be a little too 'perfumey' for me to like it as an ADV flavor (though that could be a steeping thing), but it's not bad. Mixed melon flavours with a hint of mint. -- Glenn

My vapeversary is coming up and I want to treat myself!

Dash Vapes has KFL+'s in stock, Vaporous is expecting Russian 91%'s to be in stock within the next few weeks. The ProVari-KFL+/Russian 91% is a nice combo (here's another e̶x̶c̶u̶s̶e̶ er opportunity for me to put up a pic of mine :D): The ProVari is what it is, a new version may not have...

brick and mortar in the gta

It's waaaay out there, east of the Fox, north side of the Queen East. It's located in a vintage clothing store. I was similarly impressed with service and selection, though I had trouble finding a Gold Seal flavour that I liked. -- Glenn
