    How I clean my cartos (vid)

    I'd like to get a concensus on how many times everyone cleans and reuses a carto until they trash it. It would seem that they would last until the atty is shot if they are well maintained like in this video. I've only been cartomizing for about two weeks so this inquiring mind wants to know. :)

    510 Cartomizers!

    I hope that you can get them with soft rubber caps that aren't glued. I have been using an Ego and Premium 808 cartos from Vapor4Life because the caps aren't glued. There is no silicone ring under the cap either. They contain more batting because the ring isn't there so they hold more juice too...

    Found a Great Cartomizer Cap Tool

    I use the levers from one of the black paper clips known as bulldog clips. They have the two silver butterfly levers you press down to open the clip. Remove those and you have two peices that you can use to remove caps. They have blunt ends and are very short so it doesn't touch the wire. :)

    What do you guys use in that case and how would using say VG affect the calc numbers? I use a PG based nic right now and so far as it's easy to use. I haven't tried VG nic but I have 30ml 50mg of it to cut. That's why I'm asking and looking for whether it will change the numbers I put in the calc.

    I too am a little confused as what to cut with. Lets say I have 60mg of PG based 100mg nic and I want to cut that to 36. What is the best to use to cut that amount, water, PGA or something else? :)

    For refills I use the condom method from the thread end and then take it for a spin for about 10 seconds using a 30ml bottle with a string tied on it. The spin forces the juice to the thread end and you can vape it immediately. :)

    Yeah, I like the way it restricts the airflow some so, like you say, the draw is tighter. It might have to do with the volume of air in a carto is greater than in a cart so you get a lot of air before you get vape so with reducing the airflow, it works great.
