Fried my first atomizer
It's the nature of attys in general. They pop with no rhyme or rhythm. Sometimes they'll pop after only a few hours use. They get hot, especially if you are using a 1.5 and IRM batts for example. Dry burning will pop them for sure if you aren't super careful and kinda know how much they can... -

Can anyone recommend a good multimeter?
Just remember and I learned this the hard way: A multimeter has resistance in the wires -I think it is - so to use it accurately for ohms for checking your attys you have to hold the leads togther until it stablizes and subtract that number from the reading you get for the atty. Cisco at Avid... -
I love my drip tip topic
I really like the Super T Manufacturing delrin drip tips. They are perfectly contoured. The short ones work good on a 510 carto and the long ones on an 510 atty. I get my AW IMR 14500 batts from them too. On an order under 31.00 he only charges like 1.30 to ship them. Kewl! Super T... -

Preferred REO Grand L.R. Atomizer
I use Cisco LR 1.5 510s and AW IMRs. I tried the 1.5 306s but they tended to pop hot juice onto my tongue. I put up with that for about a half day and trashed it. Not that the 510s don't do it occasionally too though. Besides, I like my SuperTManufacturing Delrin Drip Tips on a 510 better... -

Modding A Mod

I'm not sure what you are comparing to. The mini takes 14500s which in an IMR is only 600mah. A 14500 protected batt is around 700 and up. Not many supplier mods take that batt. Most mods sold around here typically use a 6ml bottle like the Reo Grand which is usually designed around a 18650... -

1.5 Low Resistance attys are meant to be used with IMR batteries that can supply the high voltage or amps or whatever the atty is calling for. 1.5 LR and IMR = 5V vaping. Drilling out holes in atties
I got the Bissell Steam Shot and while it cleans the attys well, it doesn't clean out the holes so they are as stuffy as when I started. I haven't tried drilling them out yet but that sounds like the way to extend the life of them. I'm using Cisco 1.5 LR 510s. -
Please explain the "No LR Attys On Slim 510 Batteries" concept.
The reason you get better flavor is that most flavors taste better at 5V. But the only way you'll get true 5V is to use an LR (1.5 resistance) atty and mod with an IMR battery (made with LiMN chemistery) that can put out the power like mwa says above. Only a mod can hold the special batt needed...- MacDiver

This is so frustrating...to the point where I want to go back to analogs
I've been vaping for over a year. Been though 510 standard, Ego, Wetbox carts cartos, KR808D adapters, etc. Now I have finally found the best system IMHO. It's the Reo mini. I have two of them, one gloss black and the other is matte black. They're not cheap though at around 140 bucks shipped...- MacDiver

Rob has a lot of problems with suppliers such as machine shops, the folks that annodize and paint the things. Buttons, springs, such as that. Those that have been around since he started selling them and heard these things while he's worked through some of the fustrations know what he's going... -
