    Don't forget, the other part of the issue is that the protected ones can't deliver the amps needed for the LR to perform to it's true potential. I'm thinking the LRs are more expensive - may be wrong about that - if so we pay more for LRs and thus don't really get the true value of buying them...

    I have three unused I just got from Rob that tested good if somone would like to buy them. I'd like 5 bucks each but I'll pay for the first class mailing. They just didn't do it for me. I'm using one now and its working fine. Thanks guys! :)

    OMG! You are right about that and I hadn't really thought about how easy it really is. With all the other systems ...messing with carts, cartos, all that...It was soooo much work. Yeah, and it's really now easier than analogs. How sweet is that?!? :)

    My AW IMR 14500s I received today had a charge of 3.85v. Charged is 4.2. So I went ahead and used them. I don't know what the discharged voltage is. I'll have to check one when it dies to see. Bottom line is that I'm pretty sure they are shipped with almost full charge.

    The mini fits easily in a shirt pocket. It's palm-size. You can search youtube for some vids to get an idea of the size. Since I was a smoker all my shirts have pockets, hehe. :)
