    Favorite vv mod?

Love my Vamo. Its easy to use, takes a beating (I drop EVERYTHING), has different battery configurations, and pricing is very reasonable. What's not to like?

    Great on the go apv

Ego twist. Cheap, in case you lose it. Variable voltage. Depending on the mah, it can last for quite awhile before needing a charge. For just out and about everyday use, when i do not want to carry a lightsaber, that is my go to device.

Need new Cartomizers for my tanks!!!! Please help !!

I am still partial to Boge low res myself. The Surevapes website mentioned earlier is a good place to get em. Every now and again I still get that "turkey bacon" taste from them, but it is either slowly being filtered out, or I'm acquiring a taste for it lol. Either way, I don't taste it as...

Hello, and i have a problem...

I use 100%vg. Vaping Boba's right now. When I can't get my juice in 100% vg, I usually go 30pg 70vg. I tried the punch method. One of my cartos has, uhm, 6 punches. It still doesn't feed well. Slotting I find, works better. Just a larger hole for the juice to go in.

    Another Noob

Good luck and welcome to the forum. I am still getting around and learning stuff myself. IMO you couldn't have picked a better spot ;) Good job on snatching up an Ego twist. It's one of the better batteries to start out with, as you can adjust the voltage to suit your tastes. I also dig the...

Hello, and i have a problem...

Tipping with top coil wicks unfortunately is a necessary evil. I have not come across any, that did not have to be tipped. There are some articles that stated the Iclear 30 wouldn't need it; I discovered differently. I have not had any personal experience with bottom coil wicks, however the...

    KGO VV Battery Question?

You can try pulling your post on the kgo up, with a small micro screw driver. Do a youtube search on post pulling ecig, and I am sure there are more than a few video instructions. Some toppers are pretty rough on the posts, and vivi's are notorious for it.

now that you vape, do you put it down?

Nice. Thanks for all the replies. My family was giving me a hard time that I never put my PV down. I didn't know if it was normal to constantly hit the thing, or if i really did need to go higher on my nic. Since I had been as high as 24mg, and it didn't help, I was afraid to go higher. It...

now that you vape, do you put it down?

I ask this because I seem to always have my PV in hand. I may put it down for a few minutes here and there, esp at work. If at home, I seem to vape, all day. My first thoughts were my nicotine levels were too low. So, I tried 24mg. This didn't make me bat an eye. My behavior has remained the...

Pulled the trigger on a Vamo. Now what?

Vamo is variable wattage (vw) and variable voltage (vv). Spinner is variable voltage. With the wattage, once you figure out what you like to vape, you set it and forget it. No matter what resistance you place on the Vamo, it will always hit that sweet spot for you. With vv you have to adjust by...

    Need some info

Burnt taste? My first thought is the atty. Since you are 100% sure it is not the atty, it sounds like the power maybe too high. Have you turned the spinner down to it's lowest setting? Also, some liquids do need to steep to taste right. Usually a week is enough, but some get even better the...

    PG, VG or 50/50 blend?

100% vg or 30 pg 70vg Both are enjoyable. I like the vapor clouds that pour forth. It does sound pretty thick. Without seeing it, you describe pretty close to 100% vg. I vape mine is either a cartomizer with several slots, or my AGA-T2. I do not dilute mine, but have read some do with...

ego twist - need advise with first e-cig purchase

For starting out, I always recommend a Vivi-Nova tank. On an Ego twist, it doesn't matter which resistance head you use, as you will be able to adjust the power to your liking. Also, cartomizers as recommended previously, are decent. There are some against them, but they work well for my needs...

    Ego-V

I don't see anything wrong with em. There are just a ton of options out there; they can't all be favorites ;) The key is, whatever device is working for you, that is the best device that can be used.

Alright.. I got me some juice :D

Grats to you! Flavor is subjective, so telling ya what I like may not be something YOU will like. However, I will anyways, cause I am a narcissist, and after all, this IS about me. Actually my list is small. In just a few months, I've spent several hundred dollars looking for juices...

    Day 1 without an analog!

It took me 4 months to finally let go of my cigarettes. I am working analog free for just over a week now. The hardest part for me was taste. I couldn't find any juices that I felt could get me through all day. Boba's Bounty and discovering carto's did it. Once I got the Boba Bug, it's been...

    AGA-T2 rebuildable tank question

    AGA-T2 rebuildable tank question

I think the wire gauge and length, would have more to do with the resistance than the wraps. I had a 6 wrap once that was 1.2 ohm. I too, am still learning these things, and haven't reached the point where I can wrap a coil to my exact specifications. Maybe one day, but not today. Heh

    AGA-T2 rebuildable tank question

Wire I use 28g kanthal. 400 ss mesh. My coil is a wrapped 4 times at 1.6ohm. Reading along the forums, I seen someone say that 325 mesh is better for thicker liquids. The fabric is a bit looser, which allows the liquids that are heavy to wick better. I don't have any experience with that...
