Temco is on ebay, not sure what their shipping costs are though to Canada. Also on ebay now from my experience is that you can add items to a cart then pay. Not sure if they combine shipping though. Maybe if you contacted them first, idk. -

I buy them from amazon. The hi-chews were talked about today though and can be found locally(asian markets, target, etc.) The walkers english toffee on the other hand is very limited in the us. Amazon uses the only us distributors. It was cheapest for me to buy a 5.5lb bag.... normally$65 for... -
