    Didn't read all the posts, but my biggest mistake in the beginning was dropping my nic too low too fast. I don't recommend it. :facepalm:

    Thank you, it has for the most part. And thankfully no, it's not Colitis. My autoimmune disorder resides in my neck. :D Alkaloids in tobacco (specifically anatabine) have been linked to anti-inflammatory properties, as well as helping to inhibit the production of anti-thyroid antibodies.
