    What Now?

Dripping is good if you have the time to do it...I found that constantly having to re-saturate my wick was getting to be a pain (when I'm not working, I'm up and down a lot, going from room to room, etc). I found that my Kayfun clone gives me the same flavor as dripping with the added benefit...

just saw foodmatters documentary on netflix...

Yes, I have to take a special "activated" form of B vitamins and Folate, because due to a genetic polymorphism, my body doesn't break down those vitamins efficiently enough for use in the body. These are critical chemical reactions which affect everything from liver function to circulation, to...

Still smoking support and chat thread

Hey FQ, that totally makes me warm inside...I'm glad that you got to that point (highlighted). I knew you would. :toast: I did as well, and it took several attempts to regain that "feeling" from smokes before I realized it really didn't work anymore. For those non or ex-smokers who say that...

Craft Vapery: Curated and Personalized E-Liquid Service

I still can't determine my BOTB. All are great, but none are ADV's for me. I'll say that Port LB is probably the front-runner, followed by Mojo West. Between the Tester Taxman and the Froot Loops one I can't say which I like better. Prob Froot Loops (it tastes exactly like the milk that's...

Still smoking support and chat thread

There are several people that I wonder what happened. I'm here, just not much to say - I think I've gotten to the point where my vaping is similar to what my smoking was; just a part of daily life. I still get excited about new juice, or trying out a new topper. But I'm not so "into" it that...

    Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux

Well I should be getting my Indigo NET? TA? here in a day or two. I have only had 1 juice that I know had TA in it (and a lot of it), and I could taste the perfumy-ness easily. Will see if that's the case here with these. I also was a bit confused with their description as I do know the...

Heavy smokers seem to have an easier time quitting for good?

I like that! Makes sense, as young brains aren't finished yet, and introducing everything that comes with cigarette smoke into the mix surely will mess up the brain chemistry and make it harder to wean off.

The Innokin iTaste VV V3 owners group

Finally watched that movie about 10 years ago, wondering what all the hubbub was about. One of the weirdest films I've seen. Laughed (satirically) through most of it. Came a close 2nd to "Last Exit to Brooklyn" -- I didn't laugh during that one, though.

For those who use WTA e-juice

I never mixed mine - vaped 24 mg straight (in flavored juice)...you might try PM'ing Dvap. I don't know how often he's on here, but he should be able to give you exact amounts. Hopefully someone here will be able to help you faster. :)

    Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux

Thank you for this nugget - because of it, I placed an order yesterday for Gung-Ho and Creekside, as well as Oorah! to compare (it's been a while since I had it). Not gonna miss those with 20% off this weekend! This will be my first foray into NETs - I've been wanting to for a while, but my...

    4th of july orders

I loaded up on some newbie juices and also ones I've had before, to stock up. I would have gotten more on my list, but I already did a stock-up order a couple weeks ago and also have a Craft Vapery subscription for tasting new stuff. Halo - Kringle's Curse and Tiki Juice (both reorders)...

Heavy smokers seem to have an easier time quitting for good?

I don't really think a PAD is particularly "light", especially if one works full time in an environment that doesn't allow smoking (most people). That's really only about 10 hours to smoke 20. Sounds about right to me, since I did smoke a PAD of full-flavor cigs for 25 of my 30 years smoking...

    Ohm measurement itaste vv v3

I have heard some say that their VV3 and MVP were more accurate than their cheap ohm meter. I use mine for measuring when I build - seems to be just fine. Just a point - mine will not fire under 1.3 ohms but will read anything lower.

Anyone planning to stop vaping eventually?

With regard to the comment (paraphrasing) about why anyone would want to inhale some kind of substance, well....some of us do. Yes, it's sort of gross if you think about it, but if I am honest with myself (and you), one of the things I loved about smoking was the feeling of the smoke filling...

odd question... Are there Carbs in vaping?

I'm on Nature-Throid (natural dessicated thyroid) a combination T4/T3 med. Like Armour, if you have heard of it. Levo is T4 only, and many Hashi's patients don't convert T4 to the active T3 well. Also a MTHFR defect (cannot process B vitamins or folic acid), so these may be a big reason for...

odd question... Are there Carbs in vaping?

Have been eating 70 fat/20 protein/20 carbs since I was diagnosed w/Hashimoto's almost year ago...and am only about 20lbs overweight (due to undiagnosed Hashi's), eat NO refined sugar (pretty much Paleo/Primal), but doesn't seem to affect the BS. We shall see! Thank you. :)

odd question... Are there Carbs in vaping?

Thanks both of you - my doctor and I are keeping an eye on it - the supplement is a prescription neutraceutical. Getting the autoimmunity under control and the meds I'm taking for the main problem *should* resolve it. If not, it's likely type 1.5 and I'll likely end up on insulin regardless of...
