This ecig business grows a whole new layer of technology and improvements every year. For me it is a challenge to stay on top of the best technology while keeping the costs down.
I predict that very soon, juices with certified pure ingredients will be what everyone wants. Sub-standard juice...

I was just thinking about this question also. Some juices gel at low temperatures. Can one keep them in the fridge, then "thaw them out" later and expect the same quality intended vape?
Not just you. This is normal. How well a juice will work depends a lot on the temperature of the vapor. If you aren't having good luck with a juice using a small battery, try it with a big battery. And vice versa.
And more specific to your question, a cart with an atty is a juice mizer...
If you are seriously addicted to nicotine and are over 50, and can't stop smoking, you are practically guaranteed to get COPD and likely to get emphazema. Feelings no longer matter. Unless you are still at stage 1 :)
Sounds like I've stamped out more cigarette tobacco than you have smoked. IMHO even though we try not to take abstinence seriously, vaping is a club for people with serious addiction to nicotine.
It's not a big deal...there have been many posts in this forum stating that nicotine from ecigs is not as readily absorbed as nicotine is absorbed by real cigs. People in the forum have suggested 50 mg be available.
However, going to 36 mg presents other challenges. Purity of the nicotine...
You can't combine two mediocre flavors together and expect to come up with great flavor.
I got divorced and my ex stole my stock pile just to spite me. Good riddance to both of them :)
