Where's the best place to buy a vamo?
I like the wrap you have on that....I ordered a similar black carbon fiber wrap from a place in the UK the other day and am waiting for it to arrive. It's the only place I could find that had pieces to wrap the entire thing, including the very top section.- Spike64

Vamo Mini-Review
I too haven't needed any adapters to use all the same CE4 and CE5 clearos that I'd been using with my eGo 1100 batt before I got my Vamo. The only thing I have found is that if I use a ST UDCT, it screws all the way down and doesn't leave any venting, so getting a decent draw is a pain. I just... -

Does your vamo make a sound while vaping?
That's normal...it's the sound of the liquid being heated by the coil...mine snap, crackles, and pops on the Vamo...how much seems to depend on how I have the settings adjusted...- Spike64

V2 top ring removal
It's like mine is fused shut. It wont budge. I'm using pair of BF channel locks and a cloth to keep from marring the outside. I'm going to end up breaking it if I keep trying to open it. Welcome to the forum...I'm still pretty new to vaping, but started with cig-a-likes from a local vendor, moved to an eGo 1100 setup, then to an eGo 18650 MOD, and recently I got a Vamo V2 Stainless Steel. Just bought a vamo
That is one of the crazies things I've ever seen. My Vamo with an 18650 is already heavy enough. You'd need 3 guys to carry that one...lol...using a lanyard would be a real pain in the neck...:laugh: -

The VAMO with single 18350
I just got my Vamo a couple days ago and a single eFest IMR 18350 800 mAh lasts me between 7 and 8 hours and I'm not a light vaper...I'm sure the 2 lithium 18650's I have at 2200 (Joyetech) and 3400 mAh (Panasonic) will do a bit better than that. I do like the single battery configuration... -

I've been following this thread closelty and think I'm gonna try it on mine....we have several color laser printers here at work...I might as well put them to work for me....lol -
Does anyone sell a padded Vamo sleeve - not a wrap.
I've found that exact model at several local places such as Ace Hardware, Lowe's, Home Depot, and Cabela's...it would be ok if it wasnt that the bottom is open. Even though it's fairly snug, I'd be too paranoid that my Vamo would slide out the bottom of it.
