So far yours is the only bending adapter that has been reported to have a problem--it would be good for some others to chime in as to how theirs are faring. I got mine to protect the threads and for the floating pin-- don't really care about the bending function. I was using the 510-ego adapter...
The additional height is negligible. I understand why you're ...... though. Pretty much every ecig device has issues of some kind in it's first version--hopefully V2 is soon or Eleaf may lose the lead they have in the tiny box mod division--the competition isn't standing still.
Thanks underwhelmd-- do you know what Smoke-less are selling the iStick for? Might get one for a Xmas present and might be too late to get it shipped from Canvape
I've had mine for about 6 weeks--really like it. Some people have had 510 thread issues so you might consider getting the "bendable" adapter as well if you can--it protects the threads and has a spring loaded 510 connection. I just got one of those--didn't have problems-just being pro-active.
It's a character--very funny one. He's a cool dude-- directed Weird Al" Yankovic - First World Problems video and Sarah Silverman's "We Are Miracles" HBO special and a bunch of other stuff--check out his IMDB page. Really hope he does some more "vaping review" videos. There's certainly some...
A bit off topic but I got turned on to "Liam Lynch's Lynchland" Youtube channel while watching a video on Suck Your Mods channel . The guy does some hilarious vape videos as "RavenVapesReview". Check out the some vaping history with the "TAT-1" mod at 4min
I hope he starts doing more vaping...
I'm not that good and I find them easier than horizontal --thought it would be trickier . Rewicking is no problem-- just pull out the cotton or rayon and restuff. Give it a try.
I do it with Protank 2 heads-- usually 1.2-1.5 ohms--works great on iStick at 10 watts
I was rebuilding my Protank heads horizontally until I read the thread on doing a vertical rebuild. I like it much better and it's not hard to do--you can vape pretty much the whole tank right to the bottom--no gurgling at the end...
That sucks-- I was thinking of buying a portable power suppiy-- guess I should think twice. What model was it.
I was going to "like' your post but it didn't seem appropriate --there should be a sad face button
Do you like it? Did you get it for the spring loaded 510 and thread protection or for the bending function? I'm using the 510-ego adapter with a Protank to protect the threads but was thinking of getting one of those or the Tank Airflow Controller
I just didn't wanna chance it. Too many people have had problems even though they say they were careful.
Good time to bump yer poll four2109

There has been issues with the threads on the iStick so people have been using the Airflow Controller for 510 to protect them. You can use the 510-ego adapter included in your kit to do the same thing (use the mini's beauty ring also to make it look better). The Airflow Controller for 510 is...
