    Carto cuttong tool

    Drac--I've got one of those saddle valve carto punchers and was having trouble with the "sliding" and fixed that by actually using a screwdriver to tighten the posts--I was doing it by hand and it wasn't tight enough--no problems since then(maybe most people were always doing it that way)
