    Because you want to refill around the edges where the filler is! If you try and just drop it straight down you will flood the atomizer! And it leaks right out of the vents on the 510 threads!     Easiest one on the market and i have tried them all is Nhalers Mega 510 cartomozer! I just use my fingernail and take the top off! no glue or residue :p I take that top and garbage it! I get blanks so i fill it up with about 1ml of juice slowly to let it settle in! Then i take a drip tip pop it...
