    Well have you metered them off the charger and a couple of hours later (after a rest, not in use) as a test? Without knowing the actual voltage it will be hard to come to any concrete conclusions. It could just be the "brand new Saber Touch Mini", hard to tell at this point.

    I guess there are various degrees of what constitutes "burnt taste". You should be able to "take a draw then after less than a second, another" without anything that resembles a "burnt taste". I often take two or three drags in short succession.

    discharge rate for rechargebles

    I guess that is a little high, but that's assuming you have an expensive, totally accurate meter. I have three meters, the readings between then will vary by .03V. That said I'd rather have a charger that charged my cells to 4.22V than one that only got them to 4.15V.

    I'm not agreeing with with Rocket on this one. The eGo is not a tool to be used to pull apart cartos. You got lucky on the first one, but probably loosened the bond on the eGo in the process. If you want to take clearo's apart, buy the ones that are made to do so. There are many.
