    I play things pretty fast and loose, but I would never use a connector like that. Getting a center pin (that is properly centered) to make good contact is one thing, but with that side shifted one you will continually be shorting your unit. Their ain't a whole lotta room there...

    How can that advice be of any help? Clearomizers describes describes dozens of different cartos with often 3 to 4 revisions and who knows how many different manufacturers.

    With regular Li-Ions there is no simple calculation like you just used. the CC/CV algorithm is a bit more complicated than that. Will a 1A charger charge a Li-Ion twice as fast as a 500mA one? No.

    You could also roll up a little aluminum foil, flatten it and put it on the positive side. Especially if they are flat tops like these. The positive terminal is almost recessed on those chargers.

    That is an interesting point, there were many things about the original ecigs that were often ignored/dismissed, yet served a purpose. Here is a cutaway of a Joye510 mouthpiece. I doubt if any shards would be able to actually get into your mouth.
