    CocoabellaRSD, Berry smoothie has a tiny hint of cream, meant to smooth out the berry flavor. I suggest you check out our Wild Berry e-juice, as it does not have the creamy flavor (like the Frosty Ice Berry without the ice). Hope that helps!
